08.00: local guide meets you at hotel lobby with bicycle. Ride to local farm in Tra Que herb village.

The famer welcomes and takes you around the herb garden. There you can join in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. Following steps are raking the ground, sowing, watering, picking vegetable and many other gardening activities. You take a short rest and enjoy foot soaking before getting to preparing lunch with the family. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies including 'Tam Huu' spring roll, Banh xeo- local pancake of people in Vietnam middle region. You can join the cooking the meals if you want.

Around 14.00: Farewell to the family, ride back to Hoi An. Visit Japanese tomb on the way back.
