In the morning, we start driving at 8:15AM to Tay Ninh to see the ornate temple of Cao Dai and attend the fantastic mid-day service when the followers fill the hall wearing colored robes, a symbol of the extra combination of the Confucianism, Christianity, Taoism and Buddhism.
After lunch, we drive back, with a stop to visit Cu Chi Tunnels. View video film and presentation about Cu Chi tunnels. On site visit of Ben Dinh tunnels. Cu Chi tunnels were created since 1948 to assist Viet Nam to combat the French. Construction of the tunnels continued over the next 25 years until they became an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers for the war against American. For those interested there is an opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range. Leave Cu Chi at noon time for Ho Chi Minh City.
We will arrive back to Ho Chi Minh City and end the tour at 6:30PM.
